摘　　要：随着通信网络的普及,用户对于通信网络有着更高的要求。通过增加培训频次与考试,提升岗位认证合格率;建立服务标准动作检查通报机制;光衰整治等手段,可以有效降低宽带投诉量。With the popularization of communication networks,users have higher requirements for communication networks.Improve the qualification rate of job certification by increasing training frequency and exams;Establish a service standard action inspection and notification mechanism;Measures such as light attenuation rectification can effectively reduce the number of broadband complaints.
