摘 要:有限的无线频谱在无线通信领域捉襟见肘,工信部对于四大运营商的频谱分配会考虑资源分配的合理性、保证通信质量、技术创新推动、经济和社会发展影响、应急通信保障等。对于运营商本身,需要在现有频段的基础上根据无线通信的发展不断进行重耕,3G退网用于4G,4G退频用于5G,2G退网用于4G等等相互补充。随着5G网络的商用,从目前发展来看,将与4G网络在相当一段时间共存,然而5G频段与现存的4G频段存在频谱交叉。在2.6GHz(D频段)中国移动共分配到160MHz频谱,具体为2515~2675MHz。2.6GHz频段中有60M的带宽是中国移动目前4G网络的主要承载频段,这样5G仅有100MHz带宽,考虑到后续5G用户的不断增长,100M带宽无法充分体现5G网络业务体验的性能优势。为提升5G网络性能,需要在不影响现网性能的基础上,开展D频段4G退频工作,将160M频谱资源逐步重耕给5G。The limited wireless spectrum is insufficient in the field of wireless communication.The Ministry of Industry and Information Technology will consider the rationality of resource allocation,ensuring communication quality,promoting technological innovation,the impact of economic and social development,and emergency communication support for the spectrum allocation of the four major operators.For operators themselves,it is necessary to continuously re cultivate on the basis of existing frequency bands according to the development of wireless communication.3G dropout is used for 4G,4G dropout is used for 5G,2G dropout is used for 4G,and so on,complementing each other.With the commercialization of 5G networks,from the current development perspective,they will coexist with 4G networks for a considerable period of time.However,there is spectral overlap between the 5G frequency band and the existing 4G frequency band.In the 2.6GHz(D-band),China Mobile has allocated a total of 160MHz spectrum,specifically 2515-2675MHz.In the 2.6GHz frequency band,60M bandwidth is currently the main carrier frequency of China Mobile’s 4G network.Therefore,5G only has 100MHz bandwidth.Considering the continuous growth of 5G users in the future,100M bandwidth cannot fully reflect the performance advantages of 5G network business experience.To improve the performance of 5G networks,it is necessary to carry out D-band 4G frequency cancellation work on the basis of not affecting the current network performance,gradually returning 160M spectrum resources to 5G.
