摘  要:新工科的创新发展为传统学科带来了新的机遇和挑战。中药学作为一门古老而又充满生机的学科,面临如何利用新工科技术和理念,培养具备中药交叉创新能力的人才问题。探讨在新工科背景下,如何针对中药学本科生知识基础进行跨学科创新人才培养,提出适应时代需求的教育模式和实践方法,以契合和促进中药产业领域以智能化为特征的新质生产力发展,满足我国制造强国战略、“健康中国”战略和质量强国战略的人才需求。The innovative development of new engineering has brought new opportunities and challenges to traditional disciplines.As an ancient and vibrant discipline,traditional Chinese pharmacology is faced with the problem of how to use new engineering technologies and concepts to cultivate personnel with junction innovative ability of traditional Chinese pharmacology.Exploring how to cultivate interdisciplinary innovative personnel based on the knowledge foundation of undergraduates in traditional Chinese pharmacology under the background of new engineering,proposing educational models and practical methods that meet the needs of the times,so as to promote the development of new quality productivity characterized by intelligence in the field of traditional Chinese pharmacology industry,and meet the personnel needs of China's manufacturing powerhouse strategy,"Healthy China"strategy,and quality powerhouse strategy.
