摘  要:我国各领域已进入高质量发展阶段,基于新质生产力视角,要大力推动教育、科技、人才“三位一体”协同发展,从而加快我国迈入社会主义现代化的步伐。教育的进步、科技的发展和人才的培养都是全面建设社会主义现代化国家的基础和关键支持因素,它们之间存在着内部一致性和互补关系。主要论述新质生产力与教育、科技、人才协同发展的关系,教育、科技、人才协同发展的时代意蕴与现实挑战以及促进教育、科技、人才良性循环的实施路径。China has entered a stage of high-quality development in various fields.To promote the collaborative development of education,technology,and personnel to accelerate the pace of China's entry into socialist modernization based on the perspective of new quality productive forces.The progress of education,the development of technology,and the cultivation of personnel are the foundation and key supporting factors for the comprehensive construction of a socialist modernized country,and there is an internal consistency and complementary relationship between them.This article mainly discusses the relationship between new quality productive forces and the collaborative development of education,technology,and personnel,the contemporary significance and practical challenges of the collaborative development of education,technology,and personnel,and the implementation path to promote a virtuous cycle of education,technology,and personnel.
