摘  要:基于自我决定理论,以学生为中心,围绕学生个体发展需求,构建“认知—动机—行动”的创新创业人才培养模型。在当前创新创业教育基础上,实施专创、产教融合驱动,学校、教师、产业与区域等教育主体分工协作,探索高职院校创新创业人才培养路径。Based on self-determination theory,with students at the center and focusing on their individual development needs,a"cognition-motivation-action"innovation and entrepreneurship personnel cultivation model is constructed.On the basis of the current innovation and entrepreneurship education,we will implement the drive of major-innovation and integration of industry and education,divide the work among schools,teachers,industries and regions,and explore the path of innovation and entrepreneurship personnel training in higher vocational colleges.
