摘 要:随着医学教育的迅猛发展,儿科本科教学面临挑战,传统教学模式难以满足现实需求。在此背景下,基于高端模拟人及医学教学模拟系统的改良情境模拟教学法展现出巨大潜力。为全面提升医学人才培养质量、推动国家一流课程建设、助力医学生顺利转型为医生、适应新医科时代的人才培养要求,创新性地设计了改良儿科情境模拟教学,旨在深入探索其在儿科本科教学中的应用,并评估该教学法在提升本科生临床核心能力方面的效果,为医学教育革新贡献力量。研究结果显示,实施改良情境模拟教学后,学生的儿科考核成绩显著提高(P<0.05),同时危重患者救治临床核心能力以及自信心和认可度也明显提升(P<0.05),提示该教学法在未来的医学教育中将发挥更加重要的作用。With the rapid development of medical education,undergraduate teaching of pediatric is facing challenges,and traditional teaching models are unable to meet existing needs.In this context,the improved situational simulation teaching method based on high-end simulators and medical teaching simulation systems has shown great potential.In order to comprehensively improve the quality of medical personnel's training,promote the construction of national first-class courses,assist medical students transforming into doctors smoothly,and adapt to the personnel's training requirements of the new medical era,an innovative design has been made to improve pediatric situational simulation teaching.The aim is to explore its application in undergraduate teaching of pediatric and evaluate the effectiveness of this teaching method in enhancing undergraduates'clinical core competencies,contributing to the innovation of medical education.The research results showed that after implementing improved situational simulation teaching,students'pediatric assessment scores significantly improved(P<0.05).At the same time,the clinical core ability,confidence,and recognition of critically ill patients have also significantly improved(P<0.05),indicating that this teaching method will play a more important role in future medical education.
