摘 要:为了解本科实习护生压力水平对职业认同感的影响,通过现场调查方法对广州医科大学护理学院在临床实习期间的本科四年级学生进行了匿名的纸质问卷调查。调查结果显示,本科实习护生的压力水平处于中等偏高水平;职业认同感为中立偏认同态度;单因素分析显示性别、年龄、是否独生子女、目前身体健康状况与本科实习护生的职业认同感差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);相关性分析结果显示,压力水平与职业认同感呈负相关,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。学校和医院应高度重视本科实习护生的心理健康与职业发展,未来可进一步探索本科实习护生的压力来源、影响因素及应对策略,以减轻其实习压力,提高职业认同感水平。To learn the impact of stress level on professional identity among undergraduate nursing interns,an anonymous paper questionnaire survey was conducted on Grade 4 undergraduates from Guangzhou Medical University,School of Nursing during their clinical internships with on-site investigation methods.The survey results show that the stress level of undergraduate nursing interns is at a moderate to high level.Professional identity is a neutral and biased attitude towards identification.Single factor analysis showed that there was no significant difference in gender,age,whether the only child or not,current physical health status and the professional identity of undergraduate nursing interns(P>0.05).The results of correlation analysis showed that the stress level was negatively correlated with professional identity,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Schools and hospitals should attach great importance to the psychological health and career development of undergraduate nursing interns.In the future,we can further explore the sources of stress,influencing factors,and coping strategies for undergraduate nursing interns to reduce their internship stress and improve their level of professional identity.
