高职护理新生生命意义感与死亡焦虑时序性变化研究

摘  要:目的通过调查高职护理新生生命意义感与死亡焦虑的时序性变化,为把握医学生生命意义感干预时间点提供依据,为生命教育的实施提供参考。方法通过纵向追踪的方式,采用大学生生命意义感量表(MLQ)和中文版死亡焦虑量表(CT-DAS)对某高职院校90名护理新生进行为期一学年的3次调查(第一学期初T1、第二学期初T2、第二学期末T3),对调查结果进行多个独立样本非参数检验。结果高职护理新生具有较高的生命意义感水平(>50分),生命意义感总分、各维度平均分以及拥有生命意义维度中3个条目T2较T1均下降(P<0.05),T3与T2差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);绝大部分高职护理新生(>95%)存在高死亡焦虑(>35分),死亡焦虑总分、各维度平均分、各条目平均分在T1、T2、T3差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论入学后第一学期是生命意义感干预的关键时间,拥有生命意义是生命意义感干预的核心,死亡教育是医学生生命教育的重要内容。Objective To investigate the temporal changes of the sense of life meaning and death anxiety of freshmen in higher vocational nursing,so as to provide a basis for grasping the intervention time of the sense of life meaning of medical students,and provide a reference for the implementation of life education.Methods The Meaning of Life Questionnaire(MLQ)and the Chinese Version of Templer's Death Anxiety Scale(CT-DAS)were administered to 90 nursing freshmen in a higher vocational college by longitudinal tracking on three occasions(T1 at the beginning of the first semester,T2 at the beginning of the second semester,and T3 at the end of the second semester)over a period of one academic year,and the results of the survey were subjected to the non-parametric test of multiple independent samples.Results The higher vocational nursing freshmen had a high level of sense of life meaning(>50 score),the total score of sense of life meaning,the mean scores of each dimension,and the three entries in the dimension of possessing the meaning of life T2 decreased compared with that of T1(P<0.05),and the difference between T3 and T2 was not statistically significant(P>0.05);the vast majority of higher vocational nursing freshmen(>95%)had a high level of death anxiety(>35 score),and the total score,the mean scores of each dimension,and mean scores of each entry of death anxiety at T1,T2,and T3 was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion The first semester after enrollment is a critical time for sense of life meaning intervention,having meaning of life is the core of sense of life meaning intervention,and death education is an important content of life education for medical students.
