摘　　要：随着我国医疗卫生行业人才需求层次的攀升、老龄化社会进程加速和优质健康服务需求的不断增加,卫生职业院校毕业生就业面临巨大转型和流向变化。卫生职业院校如何积极适应新医改环境,响应“健康中国”、乡村振兴等国家战略发展的号召,持续完善就业指导工作体系,切实提高学生就业教育实效,引领青年大学生顺利就业,成为当前亟须思考和解决的主要问题。基于此,通过分析卫生职业院校毕业生就业状况及就业指导工作问题,有针对性地提出就业指导体系建设的思路和路径,从而为职业院校就业指导工作提供参考。With the increasing demand for personnel in China's medical and health industry,the acceleration of the aging society process,and the continuous increase in demand for high-quality health services,graduates from health vocational colleges are facing tremendous transformation and changes in their employment direction.How to actively adapt to the new health care reform environment,respond to the call of national strategic development such as"Healthy China"and rural revitalization,continuously improve the employment guidance system,effectively enhance the effectiveness of student employment education,and guide young collegians to find employment smoothly has become the main issue that urgently needs to be considered and solved.Based on this,by analyzing the employment status and employment guidance issues of graduates from health vocational colleges,targeted ideas and paths for the construction of an employment guidance system are proposed,providing reference for employment guidance work in vocational colleges.
