摘  要:目的 设计一种医用电钻密闭式全自动清洗消毒机并观察其应用效果。方法 自行设计制作医用电钻头清洗消毒机,并将120件待清洗医用电钻夹头随机分为2组,分别使用该清洗机清洗(试验组)和传统手工清洗法清洗(对照组)。采用目测法、ATP生物荧光检测法和潜血试验法对器械清洗效果进行检测,比较2组清洗合格率、清洗时间及工作人员满意度。结果 该清洗消毒机由主体机、安装架、操作台和清洗模块组成。目测法检测试验组与对照组清洗差异无统计学意义(96.67%vs 95.00%;P>0.05)。ATP生物荧光法检测试验组清洗合格率高于对照组(96.67%vs 81.67%;χ^(2)=6.988,P<0.05)。潜血试验法检测试验组清洗合格率高于对照组(91.67%vs 78.33%;χ^(2)=4.183,P<0.05)。试验组平均清洗耗时短于对照组(10.93 min vs 17.87 min;t=-94.840,P<0.05)。工作人员对试验组的清洗质量、清洗效率、操作便捷、省时省力4个方面的满意度均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 本研究设计的医用电钻夹头清洗消毒机操作便捷,省时省力,提高了医用电钻夹头的清洗质量和效率。Objective To study the design and application of medical electric drill sealed fully automatic cleaning sterilization machine.Methods By designing and manufacturing medical electric drill cleaning sterilization machine,120 pieces of medical electric drill clips to be cleaned were randomly divided into 2 groups,using the cleaning machine cleaning(test group)and traditional manual cleaning method cleaning(control group),respectively.The cleaning effect of the instrument cleaning was tested using optical method,ATP biofluorescence detection method and sublimation test method,comparing the cleaning pass rate,cleaning time and staff satisfaction of the 2 groups.Results The cleaning sterilization machine designed in this study consisted of the main machine,mounting rack,operating table and cleaning unit.The difference between the cleaning of the test group and the control group was not statistically significant(96.67%vs 95.00%;P>0.05).The cleaning pass rate of the ATP biofluorescence test group was higher than that of the control group(96.67%vs 81.67%;χ^(2)=6.988,P<0.05).The cleaning pass rate of the sublimation test group was higher than that of the control group(91.67%vs 78.33%;χ^(2)=4.183,P<0.05).The average cleaning time of the test group was shorter than that of the control group(10.93 min vs 17.87 min;t=-94.840,P<0.05).Staff satisfaction with the test group's cleaning quality,cleaning efficiency,convenient operation,time-saving and labor-saving four aspects were higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The enclosed fully automatic medical drill chuck cleaning and disinfection machine designed in this study is easy for operation,time-saving and labor-saving,which improves the cleaning quality and efficiency of medical drill chucks.
