摘 要:随着新能源渗透率不断增高,电力系统的调峰需求不断提高而能够承担调峰任务的传统机组在系统中的占比日趋下降,亟须协同发用双侧共同参与调峰调度。然而,负荷侧资源的可调节能力受自身状态影响较大,其执行调峰指令时的实际出力存在不确定性,会给调峰调度带来挑战。为此,提出了一种计及负荷调峰容量不确定性的发用双侧协同调峰调度优化。针对负荷侧资源既是决策变量又存在不确定性且受到时间耦合约束的特点,提出了对传统Chebyshev不等式的变形方法,将模型重构为混合整数优化模型。通过118节点的算例,所提模型在实际调度过程中产生的切负荷和弃风量更小,更有利于电网的安全稳定运行。As the penetration rate of new energy continues to increase,the demand for peak regulation in the power system continues to rise,while the proportion of traditional generating units capable of undertaking peak regulation tasks in the system is decreasing.There is an urgent need for coordinated dispatch between generation and load sides to participate in peak regulation.However,the adjustable capacity of load-side resources is greatly influenced by their status,and there is uncertainty in their actual output when executing peak regulation commands,which poses challenges to peak regulation dispatch.A coordinated peak regulation optimization considering the uncertainty of load-side peak regulation capacity is proposed to address this.A modified approach to the traditional Chebyshev inequality is proposed to address the characteristics of load-side resources,which are both decision variables and subject to uncertainties and time-coupled constraints.The model is reconstructed as a mixed-integer optimization model.Through the case study of the 118-node system,the proposed model generates less load shedding and wind curtailment during actual dispatch,leading to the safe and stable operation of the power grid.
