摘  要:近年来,随着电动汽车保有量的快速增长,电动汽车聚合商作为等效储能资源参与电力市场投标逐步成为目前的研究热点。多市场的交易模式一方面给予市场主体更大的选择空间,另一方面也对其投标策略提出了更高的要求。由于用户侧与网侧的多重不确定性,聚合商难以实现容量合理估计,并提出最佳的投标方案。针对上述问题,首先综合考虑电动汽车充放电行为在能量-调频市场中的多阶段变化,提出了考虑时空特性和用户意愿不确定性的电动汽车聚合商的等效储能聚合模型。其次,设计了电动汽车聚合商同时参与能量-调频市场的投标框架与交易流程,建立了计及置信度与机会成本的聚合商参与能量-调频市场交易的投标优化策略,以确定其综合出清方案。算例结果表明,所提出的方案对聚合商参与能量-调频市场的投标具有一定的参考意义。In recent years,with the rapid growth of electric vehicle ownership,the bidding strategy of electric vehicle aggregators as equivalent energy storage resources to participate in the electricity market has gradually become a current research hotspot.The multi-market trading model provides market entities with more excellent choice space and puts higher requirements on their bidding strategies.Due to the multiple uncertainties between the user and network sides,aggregators find it challenging to estimate reasonable capacity and propose bidding schemes with high comprehensive profits.In response to the above issues,this article first proposes an equivalent energy storage aggregation model for electric vehicle aggregators,including spatiotemporal decoupling and user willingness uncertainty.Secondly,a bidding framework and transaction process for electric vehicle aggregators to participate in both energy and frequency markets were designed,and a bidding optimization strategy for aggregators to participate in multi-market transactions was established,taking into account confidence and opportunity costs to determine their comprehensive clearance plan.The numerical examples show that the proposed scheme can provide an effective experience for aggregators to participate in network-side multi-market bidding.
