摘  要:随着我国特高压电网建设快速推进,交直流耦合关系愈加复杂,直流落点稳定支撑要求高,源网荷发展不同步,为了优化大电网的资源优化配置能力和提升电力保供水平,该文提出了考虑断面耦合与直流稳定支撑的大电网最大供电能力评估方法。首先,考虑电网供电能力最大,达到最大供电能力时留有一定的断面裕度和备用均匀地分布在全网,选取供电功率最大、最小断面裕度最大、备用留取最均衡3个目标函数,以备用容量约束、非断面耦合约束、断面耦合约束为约束条件建立大电网最大供电能力评估模型,模型采用规格化平面约束法求解,然后采用逼近理想解法筛选方案进而完成最大供电能力评估。最后,基于某省网数据开展算例分析,验证所提方法的有效性。With the rapid development of UHV power grid construction in China,the coupling relationship between AC and DC is becoming more and more complex,the stability support requirements of DC drop point are high,and the development of source-grid-load is not synchronized,In order to optimize the ability of resource distributing and improve the level of power supply,this paper proposes a method for evaluating the maximum power supply capacity of Ultra-high voltage power grid considering section coupling and DC stability support.Firstly,considering the maximum power supply capacity of the power grid,a certain section margin and reserve are evenly distributed in the whole power grid when the maximum power supply capacity is reached.The three objective functions of the maximum power supply,the maximum minimum section margin and the most balanced reserve are selected.The reserve capacity constraint,non-section coupling constraint and section coupling constraint are used as constraints to establish the maximum power supply capacity evaluation model of the ultra-high voltage power grid.The model is solved by the normalized normal constraints method,and then technique for order preference by similarity to ideal solution is used to select solution and complete the maximum power supply capacity evaluation.Based on the data of a province,this paper carries out an example analysis to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed method.
