摘  要:针对斜井抽油机举升工艺中存在的杆管偏磨严重、泵效低、检泵周期短等问题,首先,优化结构设计、优选材质,研制出了强启闭式斜井抽油泵;其次,通过对抽油杆柱的受力分析,进而对扶正器间距进行计算并优化,建立抽油杆扶正措施优化模板,最终形成了一套涵盖斜井抽油泵、抽油杆扶正措施优化的斜井抽油机举升防偏磨技术。经212口井现场试验表明,应用防偏磨技术后,平均检泵周期延长241天,累计创造经济效益312.9万元。该技术可极大缓解斜井杆管严重偏磨问题,支撑斜井长周期高效、稳定运行,应用前景广阔。Because of the problems of severe rod and tube eccentric wear,low pump efficiency,and short pump inspection cycle in the lifting process of inclined well pumping units,the strong opening and closing in-clined well pump is developed by optimizing the structural design and selecting the best materials.Secondly,through the force analysis of pumping rods and strings,the spacing of holders is calculated and optimized,and the optimization template of rod righting measures is created.Finally,a set of anti-eccentric wear technol-ogy of inclined well pumping unit covering the optimization of inclined well pump and rod righting measures is formed.The field test of 212 wells shows that the average pump inspection period after applying the anti-eccen-tric wear technology is extended by 241 days,and the cumulative economic benefit is 3129000 yuan,which can greatly alleviate the serious eccentric wear problem of inclined well tube,support the long period of inclined well efficient and stable operation,and have a broad application prospect.
