摘 要:随着油田开发进入中后期,大部分原油管道面临低输量问题,不仅影响管道安全生产,还消耗了大量热能。针对上述问题,在分析管道现状和周边资源的基础上,从可行性分析、软件模拟和流程设计等方面对油气混输工艺和低含水油输送工艺进行了研究,确定了改进工艺的管道流动特性和参数设置,并且对比了两种改进工艺的投资费用和运行费用。结果表明:油气混输工艺和低含水油输送工艺的总投资分别为220.96万元、0.6万元,对于无伴生气但采出水量富余的站场可优先采用低含水油输送工艺;油气混输工艺末站的全年购气量可节约124.6×10^(4) m^(3),年运行费用可减少193.9万元;低含水油输送工艺可停掉二段电脱水器,全年减少燃气量18.2×10^(4) m^(3),年运行费用可减少25.3万元。研究结果可为低输量状态下原油管道的运行优化提供实际参考。As the development of oilfield enters the middle and late period,most crude oil pipelines will face the problem of low output,which not only affects the safe production of pipelines,but also consumes a lot of heat energy.In view of the above problems,based on the analysis of pipeline status and surrounding re-sources,the mixing transportation process of oil and gas and the transportation process of low water cut oil have been studied from the aspects of feasibility analysis,software simulation and process design.The pipeline flow characteristics and the parameter settings of the improved process are determined,and the investment cost and operation cost of two improved processes are compared.The results show that the total investment of mixed oil and gas transportation and low water cut oil transportation technology is 2209600 yuan and 6000 yu-an respectively,and low water cut oil transport technology can be preferred for stations without associated gas 43 but with excess water production.The oil and gas mixing transportation process can reduce 124.6×10 m of the annual purchased gas at final station and the annual operating cost can be reduced by 1939000 yuan.The low water cut oil transmission process can stop the second stage of electric dehydrator,reduce the annual gas vol-4 ume by 18.2×10 m^(3),and reduce the annual operating cost by 253000 yuan.The research results can provide practical reference for the operation optimization of crude oil pipelines under the condition of low throughput.
