摘 要:为提高油田集输系统的用能水平,降低系统能耗。在构建集油子系统能流模型和掺水子系统能流模型的基础上,得到集输系统的能流计算结果,分析了其压能和热能变化情况,并采用数据包络分析法得到设备的评价效率值,最后给出了优化方向和建议。结果显示,薄弱用能环节为集油系统加热炉、站内加热炉和部分集油支线,站内三相分离器运行状态良好;通过数据包网络分析,得到4#计量站掺水加热炉的用能水平最优;对运行状态最差的4#计量站集油加热炉进行优化,优化后当日单位液量热耗从3.78 kW/t降低至2.15 kW/t,耗气量从58.8 m^(3)/h降低至38.4 m^(3)/h,节能减排效果显著。In order to improve the energy consumption level of oilfield gathering and transportation system and reduce the system energy consumption,on the basis of constructing the energy flow model of the oil col-lecting subsystem and the energy flow model of the water blending subsystem,the calculation results of the en-ergy flow of the gathering and transportation system are obtained,and the changes of pressure energy and heat energy are analyzed.The evaluation efficiency value of the equipment is obtained by using the data envelop-ment analysis method,and the optimization direction and suggestions are given at last.The results show that the weak energy consumption are the heating furnace of oil collecting system,heating furnace in the station and part of oil collecting branch line,and the three phase separator in the station runs well.The energy con-#sumption level of water blending heating furnace for 4 measuring station is the best,and the running state of#the oil collecting heating furnace for 4 measuring station is the worst.After optimization,the heat consump-tion per unit of liquid volume can be reduced from 3.78 kW/t to 2.15 kW/t,and the gas consumption can be re-duced by 58.8 m^(3)/h to 38.4 m^(3)/h,which makes the effect of energy conservation and emission reduction re-markable.
