摘 要:为保证低输量原油管道在安全运行的前提下,尽量降低运行能耗。首先,在考虑总传热系数和土壤温度波动的基础上,核算了全年不同月份允许最小输量的均值和标准差,得到最小输量变化范围,随后建立了总单位费用最小的目标函数,在压力约束、温度约束和泵管匹配约束等条件下,通过递归方法结合遗传算法进行了决策变量求解,并对优化过程进行了分析。结果表明,该管道在2月、3月、4月、6月和12月时,发生凝管事故的概率较大;优化后,出站温度有所降低、清管周期有所延长、部分出站压力有所上升,全年可节约燃气量78.7×10^(4)~157.1×10^(4) m^(3),增加电量16.8×10^(4) kWh;管道的年运行费用可减少2717万元。研究结果可为同类管道的运行优化提供理论参考。In order to ensure the safe operation of low-output crude oil pipelines,the operation energy con-sumption is reduced as far as possible.First of all,on the basis of considering the influence of total heat trans-fer coefficient and soil temperature fluctuation,the mean and the standard deviation of the allowable minimum transmission in different months of the year are calculated to obtain the variation range of minimum transmis-sion.Then,the objective function of the minimum total unit cost is established.Under the conditions of pres-sure constraint,temperature constraint and pump pipe matching constraint,the decision variables have been solved by the recursive method combined with genetic algorithm,and the optimization process has been ana-lyzed.The results show that the probability of condensate pipe accidents is greater in February,March,April,June and December.After optimization,the outlet temperature is reduced,the pigging period is ex-tended,and some outlet pressure is increased,which 4 makes annual gas consumption be saved by 78.7×10 m^(3)~43415.71×10 m and makes electricity consumption be increased by 16.8×10 kWh.The annual operating cost of the pipeline can be reduced by 27.17 million yuan,and the research results can provide theoretical reference for the operation and optimization of the same pipelines.
