摘  要:为了克服MDEA天然气脱硫工艺运行压力低、工艺复杂、设备投资大、能耗高的不足,利用Aspen HYSYS V14模拟软件,以净化效果、系统能耗和系统物料损耗为控制目标,对碳酸丙烯酯吸收剂脱硫工艺进行模拟与优化。结果表明:当运行压力14.5 MPa时,净化天然气中H2S和水的浓度分别为2 mg/Nm^(3)和0,运行能耗和设备投资只有MDEA工艺的0.1011%和12.5%,其溶剂消耗低于3.66 g/kmol,且不需要内部加热、换热以及二次增压与脱水系统。碳酸丙烯酯吸收剂高压天然气脱硫工艺具有投资小、运行压力高、净化效果好、能耗和溶剂消耗少的特点,能够满足多数高压天然气试采井的脱硫要求。To overcome the shortcomings of MDEA natural gas desulfurization process in terms of low oper-ating pressure,complicated process,large equipment investment and high energy consumption,the simula-tion and optimization of desulfurization process of propylene carbonate has been carried out by using Aspen HY-SYS V14 simulation software with purification effect,system energy consumption and system material loss.The results show that when the operating pressure is 14.5 MPa,the concentration of H2S and H2O in the puri-3 fied natural gas is 2 mg/Nm and 0 respectively.The operating energy consumption and equipment investment are only 0.1011%and 12.5%of MDEA process,the solvent consumption is lower than 3.66 g/kmol,and there is no need for internal heating,heat exchange,secondary pressurization and dehydration system.The desulfurization process of propylene carbonate for high pressure natural gas has small investment,high operat-ing pressure,good purification effect,low energy consumption and low solvent consumption,which can meet the desulfurization requirements of most high pressure gas test wells.
