摘 要:以日产油量、日耗电量、系统效率、日经济效益最优为目标,对优化间抽制度进行研究。构建日产油变化量、日节电量、系统效率、日经济效益四目标函数,采用多目标优化算法,求解上述多目标的pareto最优解。采用上述四目标函数,结合动液面深度、电动机有功功率随时间变化的实测数据,对日产液量7.85 t,含水率85.7%的a井进行间抽制度优化,得到18组最优解,依据经济效益高、系统效率、节电量高、产量影响等选择停1.5 h、抽0.3 h方案,实施后日能耗节约97.90 kWh,系统效率上涨了14.76个百分点。讨论了以动液面深度为启停机界限的科学性,形成了基于动液面深度的四目标优化与实现方法,丰富了间抽井备择方案,对精细化间抽管理提供依据。The optimal interval pumping system is studied with the best daily oil production,daily electricity consumption,system efficiency,and daily economic benefits.The four objective functions of daily oil production change,daily electricity saving,system efficiency and daily economic benefits are established,and the multi-objective optimization algorithm is used to obtain the pareto optimal solutions of the above multi-objectives.Using the measured data of the depth of the liquid surface movement and the active power of the motor changing with time,Well a with a daily oil production of 7.85 t and a water content of 85.7%has carried out the optimization of interval pumping system,and the eighteen optimal solutions are obtained.The scheme of stopping for 1.5 hours and pumping for 0.3 hours is selected based on the high economic benefits,system efficiency,high electricity saving,and the impact on oil production.After the implementation,the daily energy consumption is saved by 97.90 kWh,and the system efficiency is increased by 14.76 percentage points.The science of starting and stopping the machine with the depth of dynamic liquid level as the boundary is discussed,and a four-objective optimization and implementation method based on the depth of the dynamic liquid level movement are formed,and the alternative schemes for the interval pumping well are enriched,which provides a basis for fine interval pumping management.
