天然气行业几种典型露点仪校准方法适应性分析

摘  要:天然气中的水含量,是衡量天然气质量的重要指标。在管道输送过程中,天然气水含量越高,越易在管道中形成水合物,在管道低洼处聚集,既影响输气效率,又易造成管道腐蚀。为防止天然气中的水分及水合物在天然气管输过程中产生的不利影响,越来越多的输气场站安装了在线露点监测设备,常用的在线露点分析仪大部分采用阻容法、光纤法、电解法等工作原理。但目前针对该类型设备尚无相关的检定规程,仅能依据JJF 1272—2011《阻容法露点湿度计校准规范》开展校准工作。在现有的校准规范基础上,深入研究几种典型露点分析仪的校准方法,对不同型号、不同品牌、不同原理的露点分析仪的校准工作进行总结,并对工作中遇到的问题给出合理建议。The water content in natural gas is an important indicator of gas quality.During pipeline transportation,the higher the water content in natural gas gets,the easier the hydrates forms in the pipeline.The lowlying areas of the pipeline is gathered,which affects the efficiency of gas transmission and causes pipeline corrosion.In order to prevent the adverse effects of moisture and hydrates in the pipeline transportation of natural gas,more and more gas transmission stations are installing dew-point monitoring equipment.Most of the commonly used online dew-point analyzers adopt the working principles such as impedance-capacitance method,optical fiber method and electrolysis method.However,there are currently no relevant calibration regulations for this type of equipment,and the calibration work can only be carried out based on JJF 1272—2011"Calibration Specification for Impedance-Capacitance Dew Point Hygrometer".Based on the calibration specifications,the calibration methods of several typical dew point analyzers are further studied,the calibration work of dew-point analyzers with different models,brands,and different principles are summarized,and the reasonable suggestions for the problems encountered in the work are put forward.
