摘　　要：油气行业上游业务是是唯一可能实现“负排放”的业务,直接影响到石油企业碳达峰和碳中和目标的实现。基于《中国石油天然气生产企业温室气体排放核算方法与报告指南》,结合中国石油大学的研究报告和油田上游碳排放情况,分析了油气行业上游业务碳排放核算边界,明确了影响油气上游碳排放的指标体系和关键因素,旨在为油田碳排放量预测提供支持,从而有针对性地分析出把控油气行业碳排放碳达峰的路径。The upstream business of oil and gas industry is the only business that can achieve negative emissions,which directly affects the achievement of carbon peak and carbon neutrality goals for petroleum enterprises.Based on the"Accounting Methods and Reporting Guidelines for Greenhouse Gas Emissions of Chinese Petroleum and Natural Gas Production Enterprises",the carbon emission accounting boundaries of upstream business in the oil and gas industry is analyzed combined with research reports from China University of Petroleum and carbon emissions in upstream oilfields,and the indicator system and key factors affecting carbon emissions are clarified,which aims to provide support for predicting carbon emissions in oilfields and intensively analyze the path to control carbon emissions in the oil and gas industry.
