摘　　要：目的 通过整合相关质性研究,分析肿瘤患者安宁疗护需求及体验,为制订以需求为导向的安宁疗护干预策略提供参考。方法 在中国知网、万方数据库、维普、中国生物医学文献服务系统、PubMed、Web of Science、the Cochrane Library、Embase、CINAHL等国内外数据库中,检索涉及肿瘤患者安宁疗护需求及体验的质性研究,检索时限为建库至2024年3月。采用澳大利亚JBI质性研究质量评价标准对纳入文献的质量进行评价,采用汇集性Meta整合方法进行结果整合与归纳。结果 共纳入质性研究17篇,提炼出54个结果,归纳为11个类别,形成3个整合结果:肿瘤患者存在生理、心理、社会多方面的负性体验;患者经历正性体验,积极面对疾病;患者存在多元化且未充分满足的需求。结论 医护人员应在全面评估患者需求的基础上,关注其正性与负性疾病体验、尽量满足其多元化护理需求,为终末期肿瘤患者提供全面性、连续性的安宁疗护服务。Objective To analyze the hospice care needs and experiences of cancer patients by integrating relevant qualitative studies,aiming to provide a reference for developing need-driven hospice care strategies.Methods Qualitative studies involving hospice care needs and experiences of cancer patients were retrieved from Chinese and foreign databases,including CNKI,Wanfang Data,VIP,SinoMed,PubMed,Web of Science,the Cochrane Library,Embase and CINAHL,from their establishment to March 2024.The quality of the included articles was evaluated as per Australian JBI Critical Appraisal Tools.Meta-aggregation was applied to integrate and summarize results.Results A total of 17 qualitative studies were included,from which 54results were extracted,summarized into 11 categories and synthesized into 3 findings:1.Negative experiences psychology and society among cancer patients;2.Positive experiences and positive adaptation to illness;3.Diversified and unmet patient needs.Conclusion Healthcare providers should thoroughly assess patients' needs,consider their positive and negative illness experiences,and satisfy their diversified nursing needs,aiming to provide comprehensive and continuous hospice care services for end-stage cancer patients.
