摘　　要：为了探究不同岔路黑猪三元杂交组合的杂交效果,该试验比较巴杜岔、杜巴岔、皮杜岔、杜长岔四种三元杂交试验猪的生长性能、胴体性状和肉质性状,以筛选岔路黑猪最佳三元杂交组合。结果表明,巴杜岔日增重显著高于杜长岔组合(P<0.05)。巴杜岔屠宰率显著高于皮杜岔、杜巴岔和杜长岔组合(P<0.05)。巴杜岔pH值显著高于杜巴岔和杜长岔组合(P<0.05)。杜巴岔滴水损失显著高于皮杜岔组合(P<0.05)。巴杜岔肌内脂肪含量显著高于杜巴岔和杜长岔组合(P<0.05)。可见,巴杜岔猪的生长速度快、瘦肉率高、肌内脂肪高,是较佳的岔路黑猪三元杂交组合。To investigate the hybridization effects of different three-way crossbreeding combinations of Chalu Black pigs,this experi-ment compared the growth performance,carcass traits,and meat quality traits among four three-way crossbreeding combinations,namely Baducha,Dubacha,Piducha,and Duchangcha,aiming to identify the best three-way crossbreeding combination.The results showed that the average daily gain of Baducha was significantly greater than that of Duchangcha(P<0.05).The dressing percent-age of Baducha was significantly greater than that of Piducha,Dubacha and Duchangcha(P<0.05).The pH value of Baducha was significantly greater than that of Dubacha and Duchangcha(P<0.05).The drip loss of Dubacha was significantly greater than that of Piducha(P<0.05).The intramuscular fat of Baducha was significantly greater than that of Dubacha and Duchangcha(P<0.05).These findings indicate that Baducha pigs exhibit superior growth rate,lean meat yield,and intramuscular fat,making them the optimal three-way crossbreeding combination for Chalu Black pigs.
