摘　　要：为促进益阳市鸭蛋加工产业链的发展,推动蛋源本地化利用,笔者团队对益阳市7个区、县(市)进行了深入调研,走访了48家蛋鸭养殖场和17家鸭蛋加工企业。调研发现:益阳市蛋鸭养殖规模普遍较小,93.68%的养殖户存栏量不足5000只;养殖模式较为落后,所有调研企业均采用地面坪养或网上坪养方式;养殖户观念保守,加工企业批次化生产与养殖户供应量不匹配,导致本地鸭蛋利用率不足20%,加工企业更倾向于从外地采购蛋源。针对现状,提出了引进先进的蛋鸭养殖模式,定期开展线上线下的技术培训组建生产经营联合体,促进养殖与加工的有效衔接;提升蛋鸭养殖水平,增加竞争优势;加大政策宣传与扶持力度等措施加快推进益阳市鸭蛋加工企业蛋源本地化利用进程,以期为政府决策部门、鸭蛋加工企业及蛋鸭养殖户提供理论参考。To promote the development of the duck egg processing industry chain in Yiyang City and enhance the local utilization of egg sources,our research team conducted an in-depth investigation in 7 districts,counties(cities)of Yiyang,visiting 48 duck egg farms and 17 duck egg processing enterprises.The findings reveal that the scale of duck egg farming in Yiyang is generally small,with 93.68%of farmers having fewer than 5,000 ducks.The farming methods are relatively outdated,with all surveyed enterprises using ground or net-floor rearing systems.Farmers'conservative mindset and the mismatch between batch production by processing enterprises and the supply from farmers have resulted in less than 20%local utilization of duck eggs,with processing enterprises preferring to source eggs from other regions.In response to these issues,the research team proposes introducing advanced duck farming models,conducting regular online and offline technical training,forming production and management alliances to enhance the connection between farming and processing,improving duck farming standards to increase competitiveness,and strengthening policy promotion and support.These measures aim to accelerate the local utilization of egg sources by Yiyang's duck egg processing enterprises,providing reference for government decision-making departments,duck egg processing enterprises,and duck farmers.
