摘 要:“南海Ⅰ号”沉船1987年发现于广东省台山、阳江交界海域,2013年底对其保护发掘工作全面启动,2015年完成沉船本体及船货以上的堆积清理,此间的清理用田野考古的发掘方式见证了船体沉没下压,到海水激荡冲击扰乱,海生物侵蚀,淤泥掩埋,再到意外发现,水下调查、发掘,到最后整体打捞的整个过程。该项考古以整体打捞的方式把“南海Ⅰ号”船体和周边海泥堆积一起转移至广东海上丝绸之路博物馆,然后以成熟的陆地考古方式进行发掘,考古工作者尝试从不同层位堆积中找出其沉没前后的各种端倪,将为日后其他沉船水下考古工作提供实用经验。The protection and excavation project of ‘Nanhai 1’ shipwreck discovered in1987 in the waters between Taishan and Yangjiang in Guangdong Province starts at the end of 2013,the accumulated stuff covering the ship and cargoes has got cleared away in 2015.The cleaning-up process is implemented in the way that the field archaeological excavation goes that reveals the ship-sinking,waters turbulence strikes and the marine organisms erosion and silt burial to the vessel,and some unexpected finds as well.The project involves underwater survey,archaeological excavation of the ship hull and salvage all the way successively.It is nearly impossible to figure out what disasters the ships had run into before sinking and how much they are damaged by ocean movements and attacks from modern trawl fishery operations consequently.So it is much significant of the ‘Nanhai 1’ to be salved and moved with the accumulated mud surrounding it as a whole to the Guangdong Maritime Silk Road Museum for the better protection and examination using field archaeological method.The case study surely contributes to the underwater archaeological investigation of shipwrecks this way.
