摘  要:为更好地解决带式输送机运输工作中出现的断带事故,对带式输送机断带抓捕装置液压系统开展优化设计,并采用AMESim软件构建仿真模型,进行具体仿真分析。结果显示,与优化前相比,优化后系统的抓捕响应速度更快,抓捕力更稳定,能耗更低,可在之后的带式输送机断带抓捕装置中应用。In order to better solve the belt breaking accident in the transportation of belt conveyor,the hydraulic system of belt conveyor belt breaking capture device is optimized,and AMESim software is used to build the simulation model,and specific simulation analysis is carried out.The results show that compared with before optimization,the optimized system capture response speed is faster,the capture power is more stable,and the energy consumption is lower,which can be applied in the belt conveyor break capture device.
