摘 要:自动售卖冷柜广泛应用于零售和餐饮行业,但是传统冷柜存在能耗高和温控不均等问题。基于计算流体力学(Computational Fluid Dynamics,CFD)技术,提出一种多目标优化方法,对广东三胜电器股份有限公司生产的自动售卖冷柜进行流场与温度场的协同优化。通过优化风道形状、风机功率和隔热材料厚度,显著提升了冷柜的能效和制冷性能。实验结果表明,优化方案使冷柜能耗降低了15%,温度均匀性提高了38%,制冷效率提高了12%。优化后冷柜的性能得到了提升、使用寿命有所延长,而且为企业节省了能源成本,具有广阔的应用前景。Automatic refrigerators are widely used in retail and catering industries,but traditional refrigerators have high energy consumption and unequal temperature control problems.This paper presents a multi-objective optimization method using Computational Fluid Dynamics(CFD)to optimize airflow and temperature fields in refrigerators produced by Guangdong Sansheng Electric Co.,Ltd.By optimizing the shape of the air duct,the power of the fan and the thickness of the insulation material,the energy efficiency and cooling performance of the freezer are significantly improved.The experimental results show that the optimization scheme can reduce the energy consumption of the refrigerator by 15%,increase the temperature uniformity by 38%,and increase the refrigeration efficiency by 12%.After optimization,the performance of the refrigerator has been improved,the service life has been extended,and the energy cost has been saved for enterprises,and it has broad application prospects.
