摘  要:传统的交流转辙机道岔控制电路故障诊断方法存在效率低、准确性差和难以应对复杂故障的问题,导致故障诊断可靠性低。基于此,提出基于改进小波熵的交流转辙机道岔控制电路故障诊断方法。通过参数集成实现多源信号融合处理,提取控制电路状态特征。将状态特征作为分类器输入,通过分类器输出故障诊断结果,实现对交流转辙机道岔控制电路故障类型的识别和诊断。实验结果表明,所提方法能够准确诊断故障,保障道岔控制电路安全运行。The traditional fault diagnosis method of switch control circuit of alternating current switch machine has the problems of low efficiency,poor accuracy and difficult to deal with complex faults,resulting in low reliability of fault diagnosis.Based on this,a fault diagnosis method of switch control circuit of alternating current switch machine based on improved wavelet entropy is proposed.Multi-source signal fusion processing is realized by parameter integration,and state characteristics of control circuit are extracted.The fault type of switch control circuit of alternating current switch machine is recognized and diagnosed by taking the state feature as the input of classifier and output the fault diagnosis result through classifier.Experimental results show that the proposed method can accurately diagnose faults and ensure the safe operation of switch control circuit.
