摘 要:为了优化毫秒激光加工带有热障涂层气膜孔的工艺参数,采用正交试验法对2 mm厚的GH3230材料进行激光打孔参数研究。通过试验得到热障涂层分离尺寸的相关数据,并对各组试验结果进行极差分析。结果表明,峰值功率、气体压力、脉冲宽度、离焦量、频率、加工速度对涂层分离的影响显著性依次减小。经过正交试验结果分析,确定了最优的激光打孔参数组合:激光打孔功率为5000 W,脉冲宽度为15 ms,频率为40 Hz,离焦量为-1 mm,加工速度为100 mm·min^(-1),辅助气体压强为0.9 MPa。采用这些优化后的参数加工的带涂层试片,在历经1000次热冲击循环后,涂层外观无开裂、剥落等现象。In order to optimize the process parameters of millisecond laser processing of gas film holes with thermal barrier coatings,the orthogonal experimental method was used to study the laser drilling parameters of 2 mm thick GH3230 material.Relevant data on the separation size of thermal barrier coatings were obtained through experiments,and range analysis was conducted on each group of test results.The results indicate that the effects of peak power,gas pressure,pulse width,defocus amount,frequency,and processing speed on coating separation decrease significantly in sequence.After analyzing the results of orthogonal experiments,the optimal laser drilling parameter combination was determined as follows:laser drilling power of 5000 W,pulse width of 5 ms,frequency of 20 Hz,defocus of-1 mm,processing speed of 50 mm·min^(-1),and auxiliary gas pressure of 0.9 MPa.The coated specimens processed using these optimized parameters showed no cracking or peeling of the coating after 1000 thermal shock cycles.
