摘  要:数控车床主轴箱是数控车床的核心功能部件,结构和性能直接影响整机的加工精度和可靠性。针对现有数控车床主轴箱的不足,提出一套优化设计方案,涉及主轴、轴承、传动系统及箱体等多个部件。通过系统分析和优化设计,提升主轴箱的精度、刚性和热稳定性。实验结果表明,优化设计的主轴箱在高速重载工况下表现出更好的精度保持能力和热稳定性,为数控车床的性能提升奠定了基础。Computer numerical control lathe headstock is the core function of computer numerical control lathe,its structure and performance directly affect the machining accuracy and reliability of the whole machine.Aiming at the shortage of headstock of computer numerical control lathe,a set of optimization design scheme is put forward,involving spindle,bearing,transmission system,box and so on.Through the system analysis and optimization design,the accuracy,rigidity and thermal stability of the headstock are improved.The experimental results show that the optimized headstock has better precision retention ability and thermal stability under high speed and heavy load conditions,which lays a foundation for the performance improvement of computer numerical control lathes.
