摘 要:针对水下无人航行器推进系统中永磁无刷直流电机存在的绝缘、散热与密封等问题,对其进行优化设计研究。采用35WW270硅钢片材料和改进的绝缘涂层工艺优化定子结构;选用N45SH钕铁硼永磁体并调整极弧系数优化转子;基于TMS320F28035平台实现电流预测的全数字化矢量控制策略。实验结果表明,优化电机转矩脉动降至2.8%,效率提升至92.5%,温升仅38 K,功率因数达0.96,启动时间缩短至0.45 s,各项指标均优于传统电机。To address the insulation,heat dissipation,and sealing issues of permanent magnet brushless direct current motors in the propulsion systems of unmanned underwater vehicles,an optimization design study was conducted.The stator structure was optimized by using 35WW270 silicon steel sheet material and an improved insulation coating process.N45SH neodymium-iron-boron permanent magnets were selected,and the pole arc coefficient was adjusted to optimize the rotor.A fully digital vector control strategy with current prediction was implemented based on the TMS320F28035 platform.Experimental results show that the optimized motor achieves a torque ripple reduction to 2.8%,efficiency improvement to 92.5%,temperature rise of only 38 K,power factor of 0.96,and a shortened start-up time of 0.45 s.All the indicators are better than the traditional motor.
