摘  要:为提高超超临界机组锅炉四管的安全运行水平,基于溶解氢监测技术,构建锅炉四管腐蚀状态实时分析系统。该系统通过集成溶解氢浓度、温度、应力等多维数据,结合智能算法实现对腐蚀速率与剩余寿命的预测。实验结果表明,该系统能够有效评估锅炉四管腐蚀状态,并提供及时预警和控制措施,确保超超临界机组安全、高效运行。In order to improve the safe operation level of the boiler four tubes of the ultra-supercritical unit,this paper constructs a real-time analysis system for the corrosion status of the boiler four tubes based on dissolved hydrogen monitoring technology.The system integrates multidimensional data such as dissolved hydrogen concentration,temperature,and stress,and combines intelligent algorithms to predict corrosion rate and remaining life.The Experimental results show that the system can effectively evaluate the corrosion status of boiler four tubes,and provide timely warnings and control measures to ensure the safe and efficient operation of ultra-supercritical unit.
