摘 要:围绕智能开关柜机械结构设计及性能验证展开研究,重点探讨柜体结构、操作机构、支撑与传动系统的设计要点,并开展实验验证其机械性能。结果表明,在额定工况下柜体最大温升为41.8℃,断路器操作响应时间为27.6 ms,支撑结构在12 kN载荷下变形量仅为2.86 mm。这说明所设计的智能开关柜机械结构具有良好的散热性能、动作可靠性和机械强度。This paper focuses on the research of mechanical structure design and performance verification of intelligent switchgear,discusses the key points of design of cabinet structure,operating mechanism,support and transmission system,and carries out experiments to verify its mechanical properties.The results show that under the rated working condition,the maximum temperature rise of the cabinet is 41.8℃,the circuit breaker operation response time is 27.6 ms,and the deformation of the support structure under a 12 kN load is only 2.86 mm.This shows that the designed mechanical structure of intelligent switchgear has good heat dissipation performance,reliable action and mechanical strength.
