摘  要:智能制造作为新一轮工业革命的核心技术,为机械加工工艺装备的创新设计带来了新的机遇和挑战。以机器学习、工业物联网、数字孪生为例,简要概括智能制造技术在机械加工工艺装备创新设计中的应用。同时,深入探讨自适应制造、添加制造、高精度制造和微米制造等技术,这些技术为实现更高效、更精准、更灵活的机械加工工艺装备制造提供了强有力的支撑。As the core technology of the new round of industrial revolution,intelligent manufacturing has brought new opportunities and challenges to the innovative design of mechanical processing technology and equipment.Taking machine learning,industrial Internet of Things and digital twin as examples,this paper briefly summarizes the application of intelligent manufacturing technology in the innovative design of mechanical processing technology and equipment.At the same time,the technologies of adaptive manufacturing,additive manufacturing,high precision manufacturing and micron manufacturing are discussed in depth.These technologies provide a strong support for the realization of more efficient,more accurate and more flexible mechanical processing technology and equipment manufacturing.
