摘　　要：煤制甲醇装置作为现代化学工业的重要设备,高效稳定运行对于保障生产效率至关重要。汽驱离心式压缩机作为该装置中的核心设备,运行状态直接影响到整个生产流程的稳定性和效率。在实际运行过程中,汽驱离心式压缩机会出现一系列问题,不仅影响设备性能,还可能威胁生产安全。因此,深入剖析汽驱离心式压缩机的运行问题,分析问题产生的原因,同时提出相应的解决措施,以期为相关企业的生产实践提供有益参考。As an important equipment in modern chemical industry,the efficient and stable operation of coal-to-methanol plant is very important to ensure the production efficiency.As the core equipment of the unit,the running state of the steam driven centrifugal compressor directly affects the stability and efficiency of the whole production process.In the actual operation process,a series of problems will occur in the steam drive centrifugal compressor,which will not only affect the performance of the equipment,but also threaten the production safety.Therefore,in-depth analysis of the operation problems of the steam drive centrifugal compressor,analysis of the causes of the problems,and put forward the corresponding measures to solve the problem,in order to provide useful reference for the production practice of related enterprises.
