摘  要:由于现有方法在石油化工压力管道无损检测中的应用效果不佳,管道缺陷识别率较低,漏检率较高,无法达到预期的检测效果,提出基于超声导波技术的石油化工压力管道无损检测方法。通过超声测量获取导波信号,经过均值滤波去噪后,提取轴对称模态识别缺陷,并使用希尔伯特变换定位缺陷。实验结果显示,所设计的方法缺陷识别率较高,漏检率较低,且能够精准定位管道缺陷位置,实现对管道的精准无损检测。Due to the poor application effect of the existing methods in the non-destructive testing of petrochemical pressure pipelines,the identification rate of pipeline defects is low,the missing rate is high,and the expected testing effect cannot be achieved,a new method based on ultrasonic guided wave technology is proposed.The guided wave signal is obtained by ultrasonic measurement,the axisymmetric mode is extracted to identify the defect after mean filtering and Hilbert transform is used to locate the defect.The experimental results show that the proposed method has high defect recognition rate and low omission rate,and can accurately locate the defect location of the pipeline to achieve accurate nondestructive testing of the pipeline.
