摘  要:H13模具钢是我国应用最广泛的热作模具钢之一,性能受热处理工艺影响显著。大截面H13模具钢易出现偏析和内部问题,会影响模具质量和使用寿命。基于此,优化H13大型模具钢的制造工艺,设计其化学成分,并提出电渣重熔冶炼、锻造、冷却、退火以及粗加工的优化工艺。然后检验制造完成的H13模具钢的组织均匀性,发现通过改变退火硬度和淬火回火过程中的高低倍组织,H13模具钢的组织均匀性得到显著提升,晶粒得以细化。H13 die steel is one of the most widely used hot work die steels in China,and its properties are significantly affected by the heat treatment process.Large section H13 die steel is prone to segregation and internal problems,which will affect the quality and service life of the die.Based on this,the manufacturing process of H13 large die steel is optimized,its chemical composition is designed,and the optimization process of electroslag remelting smelting,forging,cooling,annealing and roughing is proposed.Then the microstructure uniformity of H13 die steel was checked.It was found that the microstructure uniformity of H13 die steel was significantly improved and the grain was refined by changing the annealing hardness and the high-low microstructure during quenching and tempering.
