摘  要:焦炉机车变频器在高温粉尘的冶金环境中承受极大的挑战,因为这种环境会显著加速电气设备的老化和故障发生。高温可导致变频器组件的热应力增加,而粉尘则可能侵入设备内部,影响电子部件的功能并引发短路。基于此,系统地分析高温粉尘环境对焦炉机车变频器电气性能的影响,并提出一套综合的故障维护方法,包括优化预防性维护、更新故障诊断以及改进维修方法,同时通过实际应用案例验证这些方法的有效性并进行维护效果评估。The frequency converter of coke oven locomotives faces great challenges in high-temperature and dusty metallurgical environments,as this environment significantly accelerates the aging and failure of electrical equipment.High temperature can increase the thermal stress on the components of the frequency converter,while dust may invade the interior of the equipment,affecting the functionality of electronic components and causing short circuits.Based on this,this paper systematically analyzes the impact of high-temperature dust environment on the electrical performance of coke oven locomotive frequency converters,and proposes a comprehensive set of fault maintenance methods,including optimizing preventive maintenance,updating fault diagnosis,and improving maintenance methods.At the same time,the effectiveness of these methods is verified through practical application cases and the maintenance effect is evaluated.
