摘 要:随着航空技术的不断进步,人们对飞机起落架结构健康状态的实时监测需求日益增加。针对传统监测方法在特殊环境下可靠性和稳定性不佳的问题,研究了基于视情维修的飞机起落架结构健康状态监测方法。该方法采用光纤传感网络,结合信号处理技术,预处理民航飞机运行数据以提升数据质量。通过光纤布拉格光栅传感器进行波长调制与解调,计算物理距离以定位结构变化,实现飞机起落架结构的实时健康状态监测。实验结果表明,该方法能够准确监测起落架舱门连杆在收放过程中的疲劳损伤。With the continuous advancement of aviation technology,there is an increasing demand for real-time monitoring of the health status of aircraft landing gear structures.In response to the poor reliability and stability of traditional monitoring methods in special environments,this paper studies a health status monitoring method for aircraft landing gear structures based on condition based maintenance.This method uses fiber optic sensing network and advanced signal processing technology to preprocess civil aviation aircraft operation data to improve data quality.By using fiber Bragg grating sensors for wavelength modulation and demodulation,physical distance is calculated to locate structural changes and achieve real-time health monitoring of aircraft landing gear structures.The experimental results show that this method can accurately monitor the fatigue damage of the landing gear door linkage during the retraction process.
