摘　　要：随着汽车市场的快速发展和消费者需求的日益多样化,传统的刚性生产线已难以满足汽车零配件行业对生产效率、产品灵活性和成本控制的需求。柔性生产线作为一种先进的生产方式,通过高度自动化、数字化和智能化技术,实现了对多种产品、不同批量的快速适应和生产。文章分析柔性生产线在汽车零配件行业的应用现状、优势以及面临的挑战,并提出相应的策略建议,以促进汽车零配件行业的可持续发展。With the rapid development of the automotive market and the increasing diversification of consumer demands,traditional rigid production lines are no longer able to meet the needs of the automotive parts industry for production efficiency,product flexibility,and cost control.As an advanced production method,flexible production lines achieve rapid adaptation and production of multiple products and different batches through highly automated,digital,and intelligent technologies.This paper analyzes the current application status,advantages,and challenges faced by flexible production lines in the automotive parts industry,and proposes corresponding strategic recommendations to promote the sustainable development of the automotive parts industry.
