摘 要:针对数控加工中钳工操作精度控制问题,从工件装夹、找正定位、刀具预调等关键环节入手,分析了影响加工精度的主要因素和作用机理,提出了基于工装夹具优化的装夹定位控制技术、复合式刀具预调与补偿技术、加工参数动态优化技术,并构建了系统化的精度控制实施保障体系。通过工艺管理系统、质量监控系统和技术保障系统的有机集成,建立了标准化的操作规范和长效保障机制。实践表明,该精度控制体系能显著提升工件加工质量和工艺过程稳定性,为数控加工精度控制提供系统解决方案。Addressing the precision control issues of fitter operations in computer numerical control machining,this research analyzes the main factors and mechanisms affecting machining accuracy,focusing on key aspects such as workpiece clamping,alignment positioning,and tool presetting.The study proposes positioning control technology based on fixture optimization,composite tool presetting and compensation technology,and dynamic optimization technology for machining parameters,while establishing a systematic precision control implementation and guarantee system.Through the organic integration of process management system,quality monitoring system,and technical support system,standardized operating specifications and long-term guarantee mechanisms have been established.Practice shows that this precision control system can significantly improve workpiece machining quality and process stability,providing a systematic solution for computer numerical control machining precision control.
