摘　　要：DJ180架桥机末级制动系统属于架桥机的二次保险。在施工过程中,发现后行车末级制动系统中液压泵站始终启动,导致电动机频繁烧坏,影响了施工安全。通过分析前盘制动接近开关、可编程逻辑控制器(Programmable Logic Controller,PLC)输入输出点、液压泵、电磁球阀和压力传感器等因素,最终确定压力传感器为故障点。此次故障的分析与排除过程,为类似问题的排查和解决提供了借鉴。DJ180 bridge girder erection machine final brake system belongs to the secondary insurance of bridge girder erection machine,in the process of construction,found that after driving the hydraulic pump station in the final brake system is always started,resulting in motor burning out frequently,affect the construction safety.Through the analysis of front disc brake proximity switch,Programmable Logic Controller(PLC)input and output points,hydraulic pump,electromagnetic ball valve and pressure sensor and other factors,finally determine the pressure sensor as the fault point.The analysis and elimination process of the fault provides a reference for the troubleshooting and solving of similar problems.
