摘 要:随着农业机械化和智能化的快速发展,拖拉机变速箱液压系统的性能和效率成为关键技术研究方向。传统液压系统存在控制精度低、能源利用效率不高、系统响应慢等问题,严重影响了拖拉机的整体性能。文章提出创新性的控制策略和效率提升技术,全面提升拖拉机变速箱液压系统的性能和能源利用效率。研究内容包括液压系统控制原理分析、智能控制算法设计、系统结构优化、液压元件性能改进以及能量回收技术。通过理论研究、数值模拟和实验验证,系统性地解决液压系统效率提升的关键技术问题,为拖拉机液压系统的智能化和高效化改造提供理论依据和技术支持。With the rapid development of agricultural mechanization and intelligence,the performance and efficiency of tractor transmission hydraulic systems have become key technical research directions.Traditional hydraulic systems suffer from issues such as low control accuracy,low energy utilization efficiency,and slow system response,which severely restrict the overall performance of tractors.This paper presents an innovative control strategy and efficiency improvement technology to comprehensively improve the performance and energy utilization efficiency of tractor transmission hydraulic system.The research content includes hydraulic system control principle analysis,intelligent control algorithm design,system structure optimization,hydraulic component performance improvement,and energy recovery technologies.Through theoretical research,numerical simulation,and experimental verification,the key technical issues in improving hydraulic system efficiency are systematically addressed,providing a theoretical basis and technical support for the intelligent and efficient development of tractor hydraulic systems.
