摘　　要：老旧居民楼的建设时间较为久远,且没有设置电梯,导致居住在其中的老年人群上下楼不方便。为解决此问题,设计一款基于西门子S7-1200型可编程逻辑控制器(Programmable Logic Controller,PLC)的高精度楼梯助行系统。该系统采用铝合金框架,通过PLC来控制高性能电机,使助行器沿着设置在楼梯上的传送轨道平稳移动,辅助老年人安全、舒适地上下楼。同时,采用模块化设计,为后期的维护保养创造良好条件,可以有效减少维护成本。该系统适用于老旧居民楼、公共场所、医院及养老院等多种场所,具有较高的商业价值。The construction time of old residential buildings is relatively long,and there is no elevator,leading to the elderly people living in them to go up and down the floor is not convenient.To solve this problem,a high-precision stair aid system based on Siemens S7-1200 Programmable Logic Controller(PLC)is designed.The system uses an aluminum alloy frame,and uses PLC to control the high-performance motor to make the walker move smoothly along the transmission track set on the stairs,and assist the elderly to go down the stairs safely and comfortably.At the same time,the modular design creates good conditions for later maintenance,which can effectively reduce maintenance costs.The system is suitable for old residential buildings,public places,hospitals,nursing homes and other places,and has high commercial value.
