摘 要:随着现代工业技术的不断进步,高精度零件在航空航天、汽车制造、医疗器械以及精密仪器等多个领域中的应用日益广泛。这些零件通常具有复杂的几何形状、严格的尺寸精度和表面质量要求,传统的单轴或简单多轴加工技术已难以满足其加工需求。因此,多轴联动加工技术应运而生,并在数控加工领域中得到了广泛的应用。文章对数控加工中高精度零件的多轴联动加工技术进行了探讨,阐述了多轴联动加工技术的概念及应用优势,分析了多轴联动加工技术的原理、关键技术与方法,探讨了多轴联动加工技术的发展趋势。本研究对于推动数控加工技术的发展和满足高精度零件的需求具有重要意义。With the continuous advancement of modern industrial technology,high-precision parts are increasingly widely used in various fields such as aerospace,automotive manufacturing,medical equipment,and precision instruments.These parts typically have complex geometric shapes,strict dimensional accuracy,and surface quality requirements,and traditional single axis or simple multi axis machining techniques are no longer sufficient to meet their machining needs.Therefore,multi axis linkage machining technology has emerged and been widely applied in the field of computerized numerical control machining.This article explores the multi axis linkage machining technology for high-precision parts in computerized numerical control machining.The article elaborates on the concept and application advantages of multi axis linkage machining technology,analyzes the principles,key technologies,and methods of multi axis linkage machining technology,and explores the development trend of multi axis linkage machining technology.This study is of great significance for promoting the development of computerized numerical control machining technology and meeting the demand for high-precision parts.
