摘 要:围绕大输液软袋包装自动化生产线设计,系统阐述软袋制袋机、液体灌装机和封口机等关键设备的硬件设计思路,详细分析基于可编程逻辑控制器的控制流程设计方法,并开展实验验证设计的有效性。结果表明,所设计的自动化生产线的软袋成型合格率、封口质量及灌装精度等均较高。这说明所设计的生产线能够有效提高生产效率、降低人工干预,并保证产品质量,适用于大规模液体输液包装生产。Focusing on the design of automatic production line of large infusion soft bag packaging,the hardware design ideas of key equipment such as soft bag making machine,liquid filling machine and sealing machine are systematically described,and the control process design method based on programmable logic controller is analyzed in detail,and the effectiveness of the design is verified by experiments.The results show that the qualified rate of soft bag forming,sealing quality and filling precision of the designed automatic production line are higher.This shows that the designed production line can effectively improve production efficiency,reduce manual intervention,and ensure product quality,which is suitable for large-scale liquid infusion packaging production.
