摘 要:文章重点研究变频器调速技术在电气自动化控制中的应用。先介绍变频器的基本原理和调速特点,分析变频器选型的主要技术参数和性能指标,然后针对恒压供水系统、起重机调速系统、空压机调速系统、风机水泵调速等典型自动化设备,详细阐述变频器的应用原理和设计要点。通过分析可以看出,变频器调速技术可显著提高系统的节能效果、控制精度和自动化水平,但在选型和应用时需要综合考虑负载特性、电网环境、控制要求等诸多因素。This paper focuses on the application of frequency converter speed regulation technology in electrical automation control.First of all,the basic principle and characteristics of speed regulation of inverter are introduced,and the main technical parameters and performance indexes of inverter selection are analyzed.Then,according to the constant pressure water supply system,crane speed regulation system,air compressor speed regulation system,fan pump speed regulation and other typical automation equipment,the application principle and design points of frequency converter are elaborated.Through the analysis,it can be seen that the frequency converter speed regulation technology can significantly improve the energy-saving effect,control accuracy and automation level of the system,but in the selection and application need to consider the load characteristics,power grid environment,control requirements and many other factors.
