摘 要:为提高煤矿掘进效率与安全性,设计一种基于可编程逻辑控制器(Programmable Logic Controller,PLC)的煤矿掘进自动化控制系统。该系统采用分层架构,感知层利用传感器采集掘进机状态参数,控制层基于自适应模糊比例-积分-微分(Proportional-Integral-Differential,PID)控制算法实现对掘进机各部件的精确控制,执行层驱动掘进机完成掘进作业。实验结果表明,该系统速度控制精度优于1.5%,电机启动时间小于3 s,系统响应时间小于100 ms,控制算法收敛时间小于500 ms,具有良好的控制性能和健壮性,能满足煤矿掘进自动化需求。In order to improve the efficiency and safety of coal mine excavation,this paper designs an automatic control system of coal mining tunneling machine based on Programmable Logic Controller(PLC).The system adopts a layered architecture.The sensing layer uses sensors to collect the status parameters of the tunneling machine,the control layer uses adaptive fuzzy Proportional-Integral-Differential(PID)control algorithm to achieve precise control of each component of the tunneling machine,and the execution layer drives the tunneling machine to complete the excavation operation.The experimental results show that the speed control accuracy of the system is better than 1.5%,the motor start-up time is less than 3 s,the system response time is less than 100 ms,and the convergence time of the control algorithm is less than 500 ms.It has good control performance and robustness,meeting the requirements of coal mine excavation automation.
