摘 要:机械电子控制系统在现代工业自动化领域中扮演着越来越重要的角色。然而,由于其结构复杂、集成度高等特点,机械电子控制系统往往面临着较高的故障风险。及时、准确地诊断和维修故障,对于保障机械电子控制设备的可靠运行具有重要意义。首先,分析机械电子控制系统的基本组成、工作原理及主要特点,总结常见故障类型及其成因。其次,探讨数据驱动、模型驱动、知识驱动等故障诊断方法在机械电子控制领域的应用。最后,从预防性维修、故障检测与隔离、冗余备份、远程诊断等角度,提出故障维修策略。通过构建完善的故障诊断与维修体系,推动机电一体化技术的健康可持续发展。Mechanical and electronic control systems play an increasingly important role in the field of modern industrial automation.However,due to its complex structure and high integration,mechanical and electronic control systems often face a high risk of failure.Timely and accurate diagnosis and maintenance of faults are of great significance for ensuring the reliable operation of electromechanical equipment.Firstly,analyze the basic composition,working principle,and main characteristics of mechanical electronic control systems,and summarize common types of faults and their causes.Secondly,explore the application of data-driven,model driven,knowledge driven and other fault diagnosis methods in the field of mechanical and electronic control.Finally,from the perspectives of preventive maintenance,fault detection and isolation,redundant backup,remote diagnosis,etc.,propose fault maintenance strategies.By establishing a comprehensive fault diagnosis and maintenance system,we aim to promote the healthy and sustainable development of mechatronics technology.
