摘 要:体育舞蹈运动具有活泼奔放的特性,因此深受年轻人的喜爱,在高校有着广泛的参与者和受众。研究表明,现阶段高校体育舞蹈教学中仍然存在一些问题亟待解决,表现最为突出的就是教学方法的陈旧,缺乏创新,这样会导致教学水平低下、教学质量不高,进而影响学生的学习兴趣和积极性。如何改变传统的体育舞蹈教学模式,创新教学方法和手段,适应新时代学生的需求,改变学生体育舞蹈学习积极性不高的现状,是高校及所有体育舞蹈教师面临的艰巨课题。在高校体育舞蹈教学中要格外重视教学方式的改变和创新,针对学生参差不齐的体育素质采取不同的教学模式,动机激发策略下的分层教学可以起到较好的教学效果。分析动机激发策略的理论基础,探究分层教学模式的内涵与特点,从目标与分层教学的结合、反馈与评价机制的完善、竞争与合作机制的引入、活动与教学计划的制订等四个方面提出动机激发策略在高校体育舞蹈分层教学模式中的具体应用策略,希望能给高校体育舞蹈教学的改革与创新提供一些借鉴和帮助。Sports dance has lively and unrestrained characteristics, so it is deeply loved by young people and has a wide range of participants and audiences in universities. Research has shown that there are still some problems that urgently need to be solved in the teaching of sports dance in universities at present. The most prominent one is the outdated teaching methods and lack of innovation,which can lead to low teaching level and quality, thereby affecting students' interest and enthusiasm for learning. How to change the traditional teaching mode of sports dance, innovate teaching methods and means, adapt to the needs of students in the new era, and change the current situation of low enthusiasm for learning sports dance among students is a difficult task faced by universities and all sports dance teachers. In the teaching of sports dance in universities, special attention should be paid to changes and innovations in teaching methods. Different teaching modes should be adopted to address the uneven physical qualities of students. Layered teaching under motivation stimulation strategies can achieve good teaching results. Analyze the theoretical basis of motivation stimulation strategy, explore the connotation and characteristics of hierarchical teaching mode, and propose specific Application strategies of motivation stimulation strategy in the hierarchical teaching mode of sports dance in universities from four aspects: the combination of goals and hierarchical teaching, the improvement of feedback and evaluation mechanism, the introduction of competition and cooperation mechanism, and the formulation of activities and teaching plans. It is hoped that this can provide some reference and help for the reform and innovation of sports dance teaching in universities.
